Chestermere Public Library

First, access the catalogue at http://www.tracpac.ca/ or from the Marigold website at http://www.marigold.ab.ca/ and click on search the catalogue. Click on the My Account tab at the top of the screen.

Enter the barcode number from your library card and and enter your PIN (the last 4 digits of your home telephone number).

Click Login. The system displays the Account Overview screen.

Select one of the options on the screen or along the blue tab:

Items Out/Renew:  View items you currently have checked out or renew your items.

Titles on Hold:  View your holds and check the status.

Fines/Messages:   View for any fines, messages or overdue items on your account

Patron Information:   View your account information. Please call us if any of this information needs correction.

Holds History:   View the titles you have placed on hold in the past year.

When you are done using TRACpac, click on the logout button to end your session.
